　　纽卡斯尔大学押金新政

 

　　针对2014年的招生，英国Newcastle大学押金的退费政策有了最新的调整，研究生正课押金1500镑只有在如下情况时可以退款

 

　　A. Where the applicant has paid the deposit before meeting all the conditions required by the programme (such as English language or Bachelor award) and is rejected by the University when the final certificate is received as it does not match the criteria required for the programme. 学生在达到offer条件之前缴纳押金，然后发现没有达到offer条件（包括没达到语言条件，或没拿到学位证），因而被拒绝入读。

 

　　B. Where the visa application has been refused by UKBA and it is established that this was due to an error by the University (such as incomplete data on the UKBA SMS database) 学生被拒签，且拒签原因是学校的失误（包括未在使馆系统里输入完整信息）。

 

　　C. Where the applicant’s CAS for the INTO pre-sessional programme or Postgraduate programme has been issued and received too late for a visa application to be made in time to arrive for the start of the programme. 因为INTO或Newcastle大学给学生出具CAS的时间太晚而导致学生没有及时获得签证、不能及时入读。

 

　　D. Where the applicant is informed that the Postgraduate programme is not running that academic year. 学校通知取消本学年的课程，导致学生不能入学。
